Chubb is seeking a detail-focused, high-energy event coordinator for a 6-month contract to manage a guest and travel program for 1200+ delegates at the Australian Open in Melbourne. You will collaborate with APAC stakeholders, travel partners, and ticketing agencies to ensure flawless in office delivery and communications across multiple markets.

You will oversee guest lists, seating, invitations, and live event troubleshooting, while providing admin support and action tracking.
