Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, productive staff management, and compliance with company standards. Duties include:

- Delivering prompt and high-quality service to customers

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
n
- Planning and preparing staff work schedules and assigning duties
n
- Recruiting, training, evaluating, promoting, and, where necessary, dismissing staff
n
- Providing guidance to staff on handling complex sales and customer service situations
n
- Assessing returned goods and determining appropriate actions
n
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for new stock as required
n
- Ensuring accurate pricing and effective product display across the store
n
- Enforcing safety, security, and compliance procedures
n
- Supporting merchandising and promotional activities
n
- Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve results
n
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant retail legislation
