AGL is seeking a Data and Insights Analyst to join the Optimisation team in Docklands, Melbourne. You will deliver data-driven insights to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across onshore and offshore teams.
You’ll manage data aggregation and quality issues, deliver strategic analyses and what-if modelling, and support back-office workflows and digital channels. Collaboration with stakeholders will drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
