Mission Australia’s Douglas House in Cairns provides recovery-focused support within a 22-bed housing service. As a Recovery Worker, you’ll deliver intensive case management, advocacy and personalized support to residents facing homelessness, mental health challenges and trauma, helping them achieve reliable housing and improved wellbeing.

You’ll work within residential accommodation, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with housing, health and community services to empower residents
