The Role:

n

We're on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Stock Controller to join our team and manage warehouse and replenishment operations across Adelaide Domestic [and] International terminals. This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently.

*Monday to Friday availability - 8:00AM to 4:00PM (no weekend work)

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock replenishment
n
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock flow to retail sites
n
- Coach and lead a small team with a strong safety and service mindset
n
- Drive a positive team culture and support continuous improvement
n
- Maintain accurate reporting and use systems to manage stock levels
n
- Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to meet business goals
n
- Uphold high standards of stock control and WHS compliance
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven stock/inventory control experience in a retail or warehouse setting
n
- Solid computer skills – especially with inventory systems & Excel (SAP or similar)
n
- Confident leadership and people management skills
n




- Clear and proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
n
- Retail background and customer-focused mindset preferred
n
- Physically fit – this is a hands‐on role that includes manual handling
n
