Job Description

Lifeline Direct is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to optimise staffing for its clinical and helpline services in Australia. You will forecast demand, build rosters, monitor real-time activity, and collaborate with Service Delivery leaders to meet service levels.

You will translate data into actionable workforce decisions, drive continuous improvement, and support rostering, reporting and analytics within a busy not-for-profit health setting.
