- Competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 plus super based on experience
- Own dynamic pricing and revenue optimisation across Eureka's growing national portfolio
- Turn market, occupancy and guest data into commercial insights that influence pricing and performance

Are you commercially minded, naturally curious about what drives demand and confident turning data into decisions?

Join Eureka Villages as our Pricing & Revenue Analyst and play a key role in shaping pricing, occupancy and revenue performance across our growing portfolio of parks and villages.

Why Eureka?

At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.

As Eureka continues to grow, understanding our markets, responding to demand and ensuring our properties are competitively positioned are increasingly important to our success.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – All-age Community, you'll work across Property, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales, as well as with our Community and Village Managers, to provide the commercial insights that help us make informed pricing and revenue decisions.

Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you'll join an organisation focused on purposeful growth, innovation and continuous improvement.

What's the role?

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting beneath the numbers and understanding why performance is changing and what we should do about it.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Owning dynamic pricing across the portfolio, including RoomPriceGenie or equivalent, rate rule configuration, RMS Cloud integration integrity and monitoring pricing recommendations against commercial strategy.
- Analysing revenue and portfolio performance, bringing together occupancy, ADR, enquiries, conversion,

seasonal demand and market trends to identify opportunities and emerging risks.
- Turning data into actionable commercial insights, developing dashboards, benchmarking and recommendations that support pricing decisions, budgeting, forecasting and leadership decision-making.
- Coordinating sales and marketing promotions across the portfolio, aligning campaigns with pricing strategy, occupancy position and opportunities to stimulate demand.
- Connecting customer experience with commercial performance, monitoring NPS, Guest Review Index and competitor intelligence to identify where satisfaction, market positioning or demand trends may influence pricing potential.

What's in it for you?

At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.

You'll Enjoy

- Competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 plus super based on experience
- Full-time employment based at our Brisbane Support Office with hybrid options
- A commercially influential role with exposure across Property, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales
- The opportunity to directly influence pricing, occupancy and revenue performance across a growing national portfolio
- Ongoing opportunities to develop your revenue management and commercial capability as Eureka continues to grow and expand

What's it like working for Eureka?

No two days are the same.

One day you could be reviewing RoomPriceGenie's pricing recommendations against occupancy and demand. The next, you'll be benchmarking competitor rates, analysing guest satisfaction, coordinating a promotion with Marketing or investigating why a particular property isn't converting enquiries into bookings.

You'll have access to the numbers, but we want someone who can go further than reporting them. You'll be expected to interpret what the data is telling us, understand the relationship between price, demand and guest experience, and confidently recommend what we should do next.

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for someone who combines robust analytical capability with commercial curiosity and a genuine understanding of revenue management.

You’ll Ideally Have

- 3-5 years' experience in revenue management, pricing or commercial analysis, with experience as a Revenue Analyst, Revenue Manager, Yield Manager or similar particularly relevant.
- Experience within tourism, hospitality, holiday parks, accommodation or another multi-site bookings environment, with a strong understanding of occupancy, demand, rate positioning and revenue optimisation.
- Strong analytical and numerical capability, with advanced Excel skills across modelling, pivot tables, trend analysis and interpreting complex datasets.
- Experience with dynamic pricing and revenue management systems, ideally including RoomPriceGenie, RMS Cloud or comparable platforms, with the ability to maintain pricing and systems integrity.
- Strong commercial judgement and communication skills, with the ability to connect pricing, market intelligence, promotions and guest satisfaction and turn these insights into practical recommendations for stakeholders.

A tertiary qualification in Real Estate Practice, Marketing, Business Administration, Property Services or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent relevant industry experience will also be considered.

Ready to join Eureka?

If you're excited by the opportunity to combine revenue management, data, market intelligence and customer insights to influence the performance of a growing national portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
