Avant is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape cyber security initiatives across IAM, network security and uplift programs. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business outcomes, drive audit-ready artefacts, and collaborate with executives and delivery teams to reduce cyber risk.

You will own stakeholder workshops, analyse security operations, and contribute to IAM programmes while aligning with NIST/ISO frameworks and CPS 234 guidance.
