Location: Sydney (Work from our Sydney office)

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible hours, approx. 20-30 hours/week)

What You'll Do
n
n
- Collaborate with management to understand current and upcoming hiring needs across multiple departments
n
- Craft compelling job ads and manage postings across LinkedIn, Seek, and other job boards
n
- Source and screen candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, inbound applications, and referrals
n
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads
n
- Assist in building and refining our recruitment processes and candidate experience
n
- Maintain our ATS and recruitment trackers with clear, up-to-date data
n
- Represent the Software Co brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity at all times
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or agency-side recruitment
n
- Strong experience hiring for roles across sales, marketing, tech, and operations
n
r – Solid experience hiring for roles across sales, marketing, tech, and operations
n
- Confident in sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Highly organised, self‐motivated, and able to manage multiple open roles
n
- Based in Sydney and able to work from our office 2–3 days per week
n
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and helping others succeed
n
- Bonus points if you've worked in a tech company or startup environment.
