Multicultural Families Organisation (MFO) on the Gold Coast is seeking a Program Manager to lead the SARA DFV program for CALD women and children. You will oversee service delivery, manage your caseload, and ensure risk, safety and wellbeing assessments are conducted with care.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in human services or social work, experience in DFV, robust leadership and partnership-building skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed practice.
