- Manage the end-to-end software development phases from concept through to final testing.

- To analyse business requirements and deliver new software projects.

- To provide simple software solutions to complex problems which help our customers.

- Participate in and contribute to project planning and road-mapping of features.

- To prioritise, organise and build what matters to the business.

- To work on both Scrum (iterative) or Waterfall (sequential) process-based software projects.

- Manage and organise projects and teams using tools like Asana, Jira, and Confluence.

- Providing direction and articulating a clear vision, strategy, scope, and success metrics to teams, and be prepared to roll up your sleeves when it's required!

- Communicate with team members across different time zones to find the best solutions to difficult problems.

- Set the priorities and goals for teams, track progress, and manage both internal and customer expectations.

- Project reporting that gives good visibility to the team, management, and customers.

- Directly impacting strategic decisions of the business.

- Ensuring seamless project execution, efficiency, and quality through documenting learnings for continued growth.

- Experienced in unbiased customer research.
