An exciting opportunity for meat process workers/labourers currently exists at our Scone plant. The hourly rate is $26.99 as per the Scone Enterprise Agreement 2023.This is a 5-day operation with around 580 employees.Located about 283kms north of Sydney, 150kms north of Newcastle. JBS Scone is a well-known Meat Processing Facility.

We are seeking passionate, energetic individuals who are committed to safety, productivity and are after a long-term career in the meat industry.

Entry level responsibilities:

n

n
- Packing or sorting of meat
n
- Stacking cartons onto pallets
n
- Moving products
n

n

Possibility of upskilling:

n

n
- Bandsaw
n
- Operating of machinery / forklift driving
n

n

About you:

n

n
- Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
n
- Willing to undergo Q Fever Vaccination, or have completed Q Fever Vaccination
n
- Reliable and punctual
n




- Must have full working rights
n
- Own reliable transport to and from work
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
n
- Residing in the local area will be highly regarded
n
