Pacific National is recruiting for a proactive Service Delivery Controller to join our Day of Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will monitor live train services, coordinate crews and assets, and respond to real-time challenges to keep services safe and on schedule.

Two positions are available, with rotating 12-hour shifts across days and nights. This role offers prospect to influence operational outcomes and work within Australia’s largest private rail freight operator.
