MONFINA PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Compliance skilled to own and continually improve the company's compliance framework under AFSL 512986, ensuring retail and wholesale client obligations are met and issues are promptly remediated.

This is a hands-on second-line role with direct access to the accountable executive and escalation access to the Board, working across governance, monitoring, complaints, regulatory change, representative supervision and financial crime controls.
