Job Description

Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand is seeking a Financial Counsellor to join the National Financial Counselling team in Melbourne. The role involves intensive assessments, short-term case work, advocacy, and tailored financial options using trauma-informed practice.

You will manage your own caseload, triage referrals, and work with internal and external partners to support clients facing debt and hardship, with part time 3 days per week and benefits including salary packaging and gifted leave.
