John Holland is seeking an experienced Precontracts Manager to lead the development, delivery and conversion of major road infrastructure tenders across projects ranging from $300M to $2B. You will drive winning strategies, manage multidisciplinary bid teams and oversee the end-to-end bid lifecycle from pre-contracts to delivery in Australia.

Based in Pyrmont, Sydney, you will work with key government clients including TfNSW and oversee commercial governance, risk management and stakeholder
