We are seeking a permanent full-time Recruitment Operations Team Leader to drive high quality recruitment outcomes across the Western Australian education sector. Join a team of 60 talented recruitment professionals split across seven client focused portfolios delivering recruitment support and advice to more than 800 worksites and supporting over 20,000 staff movements in any year. We’re a dynamic and high performing team with a passion for innovation and a focus on continuous improvement. With deep knowledge of public sector recruitment and recruitment best practice, we partner with school principals and line managers, providing effective, efficient and compliant recruitment and appointment advice and assistance to support them to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.

The Role

As a Recruitment Operations Team Leader, you play an integral role leading and guiding our experienced and high performing schools recruitment teams to deliver exceptional, customer-focused recruitment, selection, and appointment services to schools across the state. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. No two days are the same. We’re continuously innovating and finding new ways to support our customers. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and proactive Recruitment Team Leader with extensive knowledge of recruitment and selection principles within the public sector. As a highly experienced recruitment leader,



you will leverage your skills and experience to lead and support our experienced and dedicated schools recruitment teams to continue to deliver exceptional customer focused service. Analytical by nature and with a passion for innovation, you will have demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative customer focused recruitment solutions. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role. You will be a passionate and supportive team leader supporting and coaching the team to deliver excellent service and respond to shifting priorities.
