We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and manage the delivery of commercial electrical projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
TEAM Electrical works across a wide variety of medium to large-scale commercial projects including apartments, shopping centres, warehouses, schools, hospitals and other major developments.

Successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
- A current A Grade Electrical Worker’s Licence
- A valid driver’s licence
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience within the electrical industry
- Strong experience within commercial electrical construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of technical and statutory requirements within the Electrical Contracting Industry
- Proficiency in interpreting estimates, contracts, plans and specifications
- Excellent communication, liaison and reporting skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven management and leadership skills within a team environment
- Ability to plan and coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project programmes
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- A solid understanding of safe working practices and the ability to oversee their implementation
