This is a PAYG salaried role with a competitive base salary, super, performance bonus and Trail Bonus that rewards the long-term value of the client relationships you help build.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential lending opportunities from enquiry through to settlement

- Assist clients with purchasing, refinancing and wealth creation strategies





- Conduct client reviews and identify future opportunities

- Build and maintain referral partner relationships

- Deliver exceptional client outcomes

- Maintain strong compliance and professional standards

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of 2 years mortgage broking experience

- Can confidently manage lending applications with minimal supervision

- Takes ownership and accountability for results

- Has robust communication and relationship-building skills

- Enjoys working as part of a team
