ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join our Mobile team in WA! Whether you're an experienced community OT looking for greater flexibility or a clinician wanting to build confidence with the support of a strong mentoring team, we'd love to hear from you. We welcome applications from therapists seeking full-time or part time opportunities.

You'll have the chance to support a broad range of adult clients who access our services under various funding streams, enabling continual development of your clinical skills.

You will develop and enhance your skills in:

- Complex home modifications

- Assistive technology prescription, including equipment trials and recommendations

- Functional capacity and independence assessments

- Falls prevention, education, and ageing-in-place interventions

- Collaborative multidisciplinary care planning

- Geriatric and aged care, Neurological rehabilitation and Disability populations

The role involves completing home visits and supporting clients to regain function, maximise independence, and remain safe in their own homes and communities through holistic assessment, equipment prescription, environmental modifications,



and tailored therapy programs.

There is a strong team-oriented aspect to the role both internally with the multidisciplinary team, as well as externally with coordinators, equipment suppliers, clients, as well as family members and carers.

WHAT YOU NEED

To be considered for the role, you'll need:

- An Occupational Therapy degree that's recognised in Australia

- The ability to work in Australia

- Registration with AHPRA

- Professional Indemnity Insurance

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good clinical reasoning
