Shutdown & Project Work – Multiple WA Sites – Start ASAP

Korcelta is a WA-based SMP labour hire and site support company supporting mining, construction, shutdown and maintenance projects across Western Australia.

We have shutdown and project work underway and coming up across multiple WA sites, and we're looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work, understand site expectations and can perform safely and productively from day one.

Our business is led by people with extensive hands-on experience in fabrication, piping, SMP construction and site operations. We know what makes a solid crew and what clients expect on site.

Current Requirements — Start ASAP:

- Pipe Fitters

- Pipe Welders (GTAW)

- Mechanical Fitters

- Tube Fitters

- Insulators / Laggers

The Work:

- Shutdown and maintenance support

- SMP construction and installation

- Process piping installation

- Fixed plant maintenance

- Multiple locations across WA

- Local, FIFO and DIDO rosters depending on project

Role-Specific Capability:

Pipe Fitters / Tube Fitters — Experience reading isometric drawings and installing piping, supports, valves, flanges and associated components.

Pipe Welders — GTAW (TIG) proficiency essential, with proven experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex. Ability to complete project-specific weld testing. Recent weld test history well regarded.

Mechanical Fitters — Experience in fixed plant, pumps, conveyors,



gearboxes, alignment, equipment installation and maintenance.

Insulators / Laggers — Proven insulation and lagging experience on industrial or resources projects. Sheet metal cladding experience well regarded.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in mining, resources, heavy industry or construction

- A strong understanding of safety, quality and site compliance

- A reliable, professional and team-focused approach

- Full Australian working rights

- Ability to mobilise from Perth

- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Depending on the role and site, current Working at Heights, Confined Space and client inductions may also be required.
