Working closely with EPCAD's leadership team, you will lead a wide range of projects across all aspects of landscape architecture, master planning, visual assessment and urban design. This is an opportunity for an accomplished landscape architect who wants more than project delivery. You will help lead clients, guide projects, support our team and contribute to the future direction and continued growth of the practice.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a wide range of projects across all aspects of landscape architecture, master planning, visual assessment and urban design
- Manage and co-ordinate teams and projects from early concept design through to design development, documentation and contract administration
- Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and approval authorities
- Manage project programs, budgets and delivery standards
- Mentor and support other members of the landscape architecture team
- Contribute to business development, studio culture, and strategic decision-making
- Help shape the way EPCAD works as the practice continues to evolve
About you
- Around 7-10 years relevant professional experience
- A recognised Landscape Architecture qualification and AILA membership, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong design, technical documentation and contract administration capabilities
- Excellent communication, client management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative studio
- Experience in AutoCAD and with Adobe Creative Suite software
- Existing Citizenship or Australian working rights
- Current Australian Driver's licence
