Electric Bug - Radio Communication & GPS Electronics is seeking a Sales / Customer Service Retail 4WD Accessories specialist to join our team on a full time basis . Based in Ridleyton, SA 5008 , this role is central to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within our retail environment. You will be the face of our business, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on our comprehensive range of 4WD accessories and related products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of items
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints professionally
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends and competitor offerings within the 4WD accessories market
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation and ordering of merchandise as required
What we're looking for
- Positive, friendly and willingness to give everything a go type attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers and build rapport
- Enthusiasm for 4WD accessories, off-road vehicles or outdoor recreation, or demonstrated willingness to develop product knowledge quickly
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work retail hours including Saturday mornings
- Physical capability to lift,
carry and handle merchandise safely
- Relevant qualifications in retail, sales or customer service are advantageous but not essential if you possess strong transferable skills
