About the role
The position requires extensive experience in workforce planning, organisational workforce strategies, staffing solutions, including workforce diagnostics and engagement programs. The successful candidate will lead a team that delivers best practice and effective strategic, tactical and operational workforce planning strategies and services, including organisational workforce plan, successions planning, capability gap analysis, business engagement and stakeholder management.
The role emphasises strong leadership qualities, commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to ethical principles.
The successful candidate will report to the Director Workforce Planning, Design and Development and will be responsible for leading the Workforce Planning team.
