Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Health and Safety Advisor to join our team across our ongoing and upcoming Perth Metro Projects. This role involves working as part of a skilled team delivering high-quality concrete and structural works in a rapid-paced site environment.

About the RoleReporting directly to the HSEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing improvement of health and safety systems across construction projects.
Key responsibilities:
Conducting regular site inspections, safety observations and auditsProviding practical WHS advice and support to site teams and supervisorsAssisting with risk assessments, SWMS and safety documentationMonitoring compliance with company policies, procedures and WHS legislationSupporting incident reporting, investigations and corrective actionsAssisting with toolbox meetings, pre-starts and safety initiativesIdentifying hazards and working with site teams to implement effective controlsMaintaining accurate safety records and documentationSupporting the HSEQ Coordinator with ongoing safety improvement initiativesPromoting a strong and proactive safety culture across projects
About You:




2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety / WHS Advisor rolePrevious experience within construction, formwork, reinforcement, concrete or FRP is highly desirableCertificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent/higher qualificationCurrent Construction Industry White CardFull Driver's License Sound understanding of WA WHS legislation, construction practices and safety requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe confidence to work directly with site teams, supervisors and managementStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously while also being part of a wider HSEQ teamRelevant degree in WHS, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline is desirable
