Tracc Civil is an industry-leading civil construction and earthmoving contractor based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia, delivering projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer . This role involves procurement for a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects valued between $500K and $10 million.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Estimating team to deliver precise estimates

- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes

- Perform quantity take-offs

- Specialize in quantifying Inground service materials and coordinating their timely delivery to project sites (including water reticulation, sewer reticulation, drainage, gas, power, NBN, etc)

- Assist the Ingrounds Superintendent in procuring goods for the Ingrounds division and forecast ongoing and upcoming project activities in advance

- Liaise with Project Managers and construction teams

- Compile and create Variations for Projects when requested

Key Requirements:





- Recent proven experience in a Procurement role in civil construction

- Solid understanding of Inground infrastructure components

- Knowledge of earthworks, road construction, drainage, sewer and services infrastructure

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
