Aspire Homes Australia is seeking a Senior Operations Manager OOHC to lead our care teams across the Northern Region and Greater Sydney. This role drives service quality, ensures compliance, and delivers therapeutic outcomes for children and young people in NSW OOHC programs.

You will oversee referrals, staffing, risk management, and reporting to the Executive team, with a adaptable arrangement including work-from-home options. A social work degree and proven leadership in OOHC are essential.
