What you will be doing

Manage delinquent clients on a day to day basis, ensuring contact and actions align with process and maximise realisation outcomes, applying sound judgement and expertise where required.

Support portfolio wide management, including a team lead function, handling file escalations, upskilling the team on realisation mechanisms, and managing reporting and stakeholder relationships.

What you need

- Experience: 3+ years' experience in non-bank commercial lending recoveries, with a solid understanding of non-bank commercial lending security structures and enforcement mechanisms, including but not limited to legal recoveries and insolvency.
- Education: Degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g. Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Law).
