Key responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Proactively cultivate and expand partnerships within Primary Schools, positioning Scholastic as the essential partner in their literacy and curriculum outcomes.
- Consultative Sales: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding educators and retail partners through our print and digital portfolios to ensure they select the right solutions for their unique cohorts.
- Commercial Growth: Drive market share through a structured sales cycle, managing account performance, forecasting, and CRM integrity.
- Relationship Excellence:
Deliver high-impact presentations and ongoing support, acting as the face of an iconic global brand.
About you
- Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding KPIs and a track record of managing long-term, high-value client relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy territory effectively through analytical planning and time-management.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills; you are comfortable presenting to decision-makers and tailoring your message to different audiences.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in CRM management and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel) to drive sales reporting and territory insights.
