ALOIS Australia is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead end‑to‑end QA for an enterprise AWS Connect modernization program in Sydney. You will own test strategy, design validation, integration testing, and hypercare support across IVR, agent routing, and voice bot journeys.

The role requires solid API testing, Jira-based defect governance, and collaboration with business users and offshore teams. Onsite work in Sydney with a focus on production readiness.
