Milk haus is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the role

n

As an Apprentice Chef at Milk haus, you'll work alongside our experienced kitchen team and learn all aspects of professional kitchen operations. You'll gain hands-on experience preparing quality food, maintaining high kitchen standards, and working as part of a supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Assisting with food preparation and service
n
- Learning and developing fundamental cooking techniques and growing / harvesting produce from our onsite kitchen garden.
n
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
n
- Assisting with stock preparation, storage and kitchen organisation
n
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
n
- Assist in food prep and service for special events and offsite catering when required
n
- Learning how to work efficiently in a busy service environment
n

- No previous professional kitchen experience required — just the right attitude and willingness to learn
