YAY Today is seeking an experienced Support Worker with SIL and complex disability support expertise. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care in participants' homes and in the community, helping individuals achieve goals, independence and dignity.

This role requires handling behaviours of concern and coordinating with families and health professionals. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of NDIS experience, SIL background, and solid communication with documentation skills.
