HammondCare Hammondville is currently looking for Permanent Part time Specialised Carer – Dementia Carers to join our team. We offer up to 65 hours per fortnight across Morning and Afternoon rosters, with orientation and ongoing support from Registered Nurses and Managers on site.

The role focuses on personalised care, including showering, grooming and toileting, while providing life engagement for residents and supporting those living with dementia. Flexibility for nights and weekends is valued.
