SQL Server DBA

- Seeking SQL Server Cloud migration experience

The client:
A highly reputed organization providing services to the WA community.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrators for initial 3 month contract contract based in the Perth CBD.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform migration of SQL Server databases (versions 2008 R2 to 2019) to Azure SQL and Azure Managed Instance.
- Perform migration of SQL Server Analysis Services and SQL Server Integration Services packages as well as migrating SQL Server Reporting Services reports.
- Provide support and expertise to business stakeholders

Key technical experience

- Proven working experience within an Enterprise scale workplace




- Experienced in managing and administering SQL Server databases installed on virtual machines as well as on Azure SQL or SQL Managed Instance in Azure.
- Experience with implementing security and auditing for Azure SQL and SQL Managed Instance in Azure
- Relevant industry certifications
