We're looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Perth. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse pipeline of land development projects across Western Australia, taking projects from concept design through to construction delivery.

If you enjoy subdivision design, collaborating with experienced engineers and providing practical solutions for developers and local authorities, this role will give you the variety and technical challenge you're looking for.

About the Role

Working as part of our Civil Engineering team, you'll be involved in the planning, design and delivery of urban development projects, with a strong focus on residential subdivisions.

Your work will include:

- Designing subdivision developments from concept through to detailed design.

- Preparing civil engineering drawings, calculations and technical reports.

- Designing roads, earthworks, retaining walls and associated civil infrastructure.

- Coordinating approvals and liaising with clients, councils and other stakeholders.

- Managing project deliverables, budgets and timelines.

- Undertaking site inspections and supporting projects through construction.

This role offers a mix of technical design work, project coordination and client interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their projects.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Civil Engineering Degree (recognised by Engineers Australia)

- Experience within consulting engineering, specifically urban development and land development projects.

- Subdivision design experience.

- Proven capability designing: Roads and intersections within subdivision developments. Earthworks and bulk earthworks, retaining walls and stormwater drainage infrastructure

- Sound working knowledge of 12d Model.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Highly Regarded

- Experience using AutoCAD, Drains or MUSIC.

- Experience working directly with developers,



local governments and approval authorities.

- Membership or progress towards a relevant professional body.

You'll be based in our Balcatta office, working alongside a cooperative team of civil engineers and designers delivering projects across Perth and regional Western Australia.
