We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our team from Term 1, 2027 .

The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver a high-quality, contemporary Mathematics curriculum across Years 7 to 10. Experience teaching Year 11 and 12 ATAR Mathematics Applications will be highly regarded.

Reporting to the Head of Mathematics, you will create engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environments that foster logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and academic excellence. As part of a cooperative and dynamic Mathematics Department, you will be passionate about inspiring students and delivering impactful learning experiences.

About You

You are a compassionate, organised, and highly effective educator who brings:

. Experience teaching Mathematics across Year 7 to 12.
· Strong knowledge of the Western Australian Mathematics curriculum.




· Experience teaching ATAR Mathematics, particularly Mathematics Applications, is desirable.
· The ability to design and deliver engaging, student-centred learning programs.
· Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
· A commitment to inclusive teaching practices and student wellbeing.
· The ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic and supportive department.
· Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to support the Mission, Vision and Ethos and Core Values of Swan Valley Anglican Community School
