About the Role

As a Senior Installation & Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Solahart's range of solar hot water systems in the Rockingham catchment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service while representing the Solahart Rockingham brand

- Installing and commissioning solar hot water systems including heat pumps and split systems

- Diagnosing and rectifying product faults efficiently and professionally

- Ensuring all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, Australian Standards, and relevant regulations





- Maintaining current product knowledge through ongoing training and development

- Adhering to workplace health and safety requirements while promoting a strong safety culture

- Completing job documentation and communications using electronic devices and software systems

About You

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification in Plumbing

- Current WA Driver's License

- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills

- Confidence using electronic communication and job management systems

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Restricted Electrical License

- Working at Heights certification

- Construction Industry White Card

- Experience with solar hot water, heat pumps

Highly Desirable

- Plumbing Contractors License
