About This Role

Lead a team of 4-6 consultants, manage a small caseload, & deliver client-focused rehab outcomes through strong stakeholder and workplace engagement.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a qualified Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, or Psychologist.

Position Details
Role Title: Senior Rehab Consultant / Team Leader
Location: Frankston or Dandenong, Melbourne
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm permanent full time role.

The requirements:

- Tertiary Qualification in one of the following; Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
- Registration with the relevant Professional Body; ASORC, AASW, ESSA or AHPRA
- Full Australian work rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
- Management / Leadership experience
- Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience
