InHome Care SA is a South Australian community aged care provider dedicated to helping older people remain living safely, independently and happily in their own homes. As our services continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Every day, you'll support older Australians to improve their mobility, confidence, strength and wellbeing - enabling them to remain connected to their communities and continue living life on their terms.
With a focus on restorative care principles, falls prevention, mobility enhancement strength and balance programs,
home safety assessments and client education - you will enjoy the autonomy of managing your own community caseload while being supported by a collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary team who genuinely care about each other and the people we serve.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for aged care clients living in the community.
- Review medical histories and functional capabilities to identify clinical needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess mobility, strength, balance, pain, posture, gait, transfers, and activities of daily living.
- Develop individualised treatment plans based on evidence-based practice and client goals.
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions aimed at improving function, independence, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
- Undertake comprehensive falls risk assessments and develop targeted falls prevention strategies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and modify treatment programs to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Apply best-practice clinical techniques and rehabilitation approaches.
- Provide restorative care interventions that support clients to maintain or regain function.
- Recommend equipment, assistive technologies and mobility aids that enhance safety and independence.
- Promote health, wellness and active ageing principles.
- Maintain accurate, detailed and timely clinical documentation that fits with relevant legislation,
professional standards and Aged Care Quality Standards.
About You:
- You will hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Current Australian drivers licence
- National Police Check
- Permanent Working Rights for Australia
