You'll work closely with customers to design and quote customised shed solutions, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to signed contract. Every project is different, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys problem solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll be supported by an experienced team, comprehensive systems and a steady flow of quality enquiries.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and qualify their project requirements.
- Meet with customers in our showroom and via phone, and email.
- Design and quote customised residential, rural, commercial and industrial sheds.
- Explain construction options, engineering requirements and building solutions.
- Prepare skilled quotations and follow up outstanding proposals.
- Convert warm enquiries into successful sales.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through outstanding service.
- Work closely with our drafting, estimating, administration and construction teams.
- Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
- Consistently achieve sales and gross profit targets.
