As market leaders in the caravan and camper trailer industry, we are looking for a practical, reliable and quality-focused Assembly & Fitout Team Member to join our Kewdale, Perth operation.

This is a hands-on, full-time position suited to someone who enjoys building, assembling, repairing and fitting out products and takes pride in producing quality work.

About the role

Working as part of our Kewdale team, you will assist with the assembly, fitout, preparation and movement of caravans and camper trailers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assembly and fitout of caravans and camper trailers

- Unloading shipping containers

- Installation of fixtures, fittings and accessories

- General manufacturing, assembly and finishing work

- Basic electrical and plumbing fitout where appropriate to your skills and experience

- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Identifying and rectifying workmanship or quality issues

- Completing final adjustments and ensuring a high-quality finish

- Safely towing, manoeuvring and reversing caravans and camper trailers using company vehicles

- Operating a forklift where required and appropriately licensed

- Moving and positioning stock safely around the Kewdale facility

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop

- Working with the wider team to meet production and preparation deadlines

- Following company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements

About you

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable and takes pride in their workmanship.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in caravan, camper trailer, automotive, manufacturing, assembly or fitout work

- Strong practical and mechanical aptitude





- Confidence using a variety of hand and power tools

- A current forklift licence/ticket, or the willingness and ability to obtain one

- Confidence and demonstrated ability towing, manoeuvring and reversing caravans, trailers or similar equipment using a company vehicle

- A current Australian driver's licence

- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- The ability to commit to full-time employment, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

Experience within the caravan or RV industry is highly regarded; however, candidates with transferable skills from automotive, cabinetmaking, construction, manufacturing, mechanical, fabrication or general trades are also encouraged to apply.
