Kwik Kopy Perth CBD is looking for a positive, organised and people-focused person to join our customer service and sales team.

This role sits at the heart of our business — helping customers, preparing quotes, following up estimates, supporting our Account Managers and working closely with our design and production teams to make sure jobs move smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

Some experience in print, signage, customer service, estimating, account management or a similar environment would be preferred, but we are open to someone who has the right attitude, strong administration skills and a genuine desire to learn.

Owned and operated by Anthony and Shahna Nixon for nearly 30 years, we have grown into a high-performing design, print and signage business with a strong corporate customer base and a dedicated team.

We produce a broad range of work in-house and operate in a busy production environment where our customer service, sales, design and production teams work closely together every day.

About the Role

This is primarily an internal customer service and account support role .

You will spend most of your time working with customers by phone and email, preparing quotes, managing enquiries, following up estimates and helping jobs progress through the business.

You won't be expected to arrive with years of specialist signage knowledge.

We already have people within our team managing more complex signage projects. What we need is someone who is brilliant at the customer side of the business and enjoys making sure the details are right.

You might currently be working in:

For someone with the right attitude and aptitude, there is plenty of opportunity to develop further into account management and sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email

- Building strong relationships with regular business customers

- Preparing quotes and estimates

- Following up outstanding estimates and opportunities

- Supporting Account Managers with quoting, job administration and customer follow-up

- Taking accurate job specifications and requirements

- Helping customers understand their options around product, timing and budget

- Entering and maintaining accurate job and customer information

- Working closely with design and production as jobs progress

- Keeping customers informed about their work

- Helping resolve questions and issues quickly

- Making sure commitments and follow-ups don't get forgotten

- Identifying opportunities to help customers with additional products or services

This is a role for someone who likes finishing things properly , not simply passing enquiries on to somebody else.

About You

The most important thing for us is that you genuinely like people .

You'll enjoy talking with customers, helping them solve problems and building relationships over time.

You'll also be someone who likes organisation and detail.

You will ideally bring:

- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Good administration and computer skills

- A sharp eye for detail

- The ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

- Confidence following things up rather than waiting for them to come back

- A positive,



proactive attitude

- Good common sense and problem-solving ability

- The ability to work closely with different people across a team

- A willingness to learn

Experience in print, signage, estimating, production, account management or internal sales would be highly regarded, but isn't essential for the right person.

Experience with PrintSmith Vision or similar estimating/job management software would be a bonus.

Remuneration

Remuneration will reflect your experience and capability.

We are open to someone with strong industry experience who can step straight into account management, but equally interested in someone with good customer service or administration experience who wants to build their knowledge and grow into the role.
