Media Producer / Content Producer
Anthony Kosseris Personal Brand | Loadlink® | AJK Engines | Fortis Fundamenta | Combustion Cult
Salary: $70,000–$100,000 + superannuation, depending on experience and capability
I create a lot of content.
I run multiple businesses, I'm building new ventures, I'm constantly in meetings, on sites, around trucks, engines, technology, infrastructure and interesting people — and I have opinions on most things.
What I don't have is the time to turn all of that into the volume and quality of content it should become.
That's where you come in.
I'm looking for a Media Producer / Content Producer to work directly with me across my personal brand and four businesses:
- Anthony Kosseris — entrepreneurship, business building, leadership and the journey behind it
- Loadlink® — freight, logistics and technology
- AJK Engines — heavy diesel engines, trucks and machinery
- Fortis Fundamenta — AI infrastructure, data centres, energy and major projects
- Combustion Cult — cars, motorcycles, motorsport and combustion culture
This is not a social media scheduling job.
I don't need someone waiting for me to tell them what clip to cut and where to post it.
I need someone who understands content, storytelling and distribution.
Someone who can look at one 10-minute recording and immediately start thinking:
"There's a long-form piece. Three reels. Five hooks. A founder clip. A LinkedIn post. A YouTube Short. A TikTok. A carousel. A quote. A behind-the-scenes piece. And there are other angles we can cut specifically for the different businesses."
I want someone who thinks like that naturally.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You'll take the constant stream of raw footage I generate and turn it into a fully functioning content machine.
That means:
- Filming with me when required
- Reviewing and organising raw footage
- Finding the strongest moments, stories and hooks
- Editing long-form and short-form video
- Turning a single recording into 30+ pieces of usable content
- Creating reels, shorts, clips, carousels, stills and other formats
- Developing hooks, captions and content angles
- Adapting content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Understanding that the same idea should often be presented differently on different platforms
- Building repeatable systems so content gets produced and distributed consistently
- Identifying content opportunities before I ask for them
- Looking at what's working and constantly improving the output
You'll also need to understand the difference between the five brands.
A Fortis Fundamenta video shouldn't feel like Combustion Cult.
An AJK Engines post shouldn't sound like Loadlink.
And my personal brand needs to sound like me , not like it came out of a corporate marketing department.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
You might already be a content producer, videographer, editor, social media creator — or someone who has built these skills independently.
I care more about what you can do and how you think than what's written on your qualification.
You need to be:
Creative.
You see stories and content opportunities other people miss.
Fast.
We're not spending three days perfecting a 30-second reel.
Commercially aware.
We're creating content to build audiences, brands, communities and ultimately businesses.
Genuinely curious.
You don't need to already be an expert in freight, diesel engines, AI infrastructure or automotive culture. But you need to be the kind of person who wants to understand how things work, asks good questions and gets genuinely interested in the businesses you're creating content about.
The best content comes from understanding the subject — not just editing the footage.
Platform-native.
You understand why something works on TikTok but dies on LinkedIn — and vice versa.
A storyteller.
Editing software doesn't make someone a producer. You need to understand hooks, pacing, tension, emotion and attention.
Proactive.
If you need a detailed instruction from me for every piece of content, this isn't the job for you.
Comfortable with AI.
I expect AI to be part of the production workflow. Used properly, it should make us faster and better — not replace creativity.
Obsessed with output.
We're building across five brands. There will be a lot happening.
That's deliberate.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a job where you make three Canva posts a week and call it content strategy.
It isn't a role where you simply schedule whatever someone else gives you.
And it isn't a traditional corporate marketing position with six meetings before somebody approves a caption.
We're building businesses.
We're building audiences.
And we're going to produce a serious amount of content.
If that sounds exhausting, don't apply.
If that sounds exciting, I want to hear from you.
HOW TO APPLY
Don't send me a generic cover letter telling me you're passionate about social media.
Show me how you think.
Record a video of no more than three minutes answering these three questions:
1. Critique my content.
Find any existing Reel on my Instagram. Tell me what you would have done differently to make it better — and explain why.
2. Show me how you think about distribution.
Assume I give you one 10-minute raw video. Walk me through how you would turn that recording into 30+ pieces of content and distribute it across my personal brand and the four businesses above.
3. Show me what you're curious about.
Of the five brands you'll be working across, which one are you most curious about and why? What would you want to learn about that business or industry to create genuinely great content for it?
I'm not looking for perfect production quality.
I'm looking at your brain.
I want to see whether you understand hooks, storytelling, editing, platforms, repurposing and distribution.
I also want to see whether you're naturally curious enough to get underneath a subject and understand what makes it interesting.
Send your application to:
*******@kosseris.com.au
Subject: Media Producer Application – (Your Name)
Include:
- Your CV
- A link to your three-minute video
- A link to your portfolio, showreel or examples of your work
Your video can be uploaded to Google Drive, Dropbox, Loom, YouTube (unlisted) or another easily accessible platform.
Make sure I can access the link without requesting permission.
Applications without the video won't be considered.
WHY JOIN US?
Because this won't be boring.
You'll be working directly with a founder across freight, technology, heavy vehicles, AI infrastructure, automotive culture and new ventures.
You'll have access to a constant stream of real-world material to create from.
And you'll have the chance to help build the media engine behind businesses that are being built and scaled in real time.
You'll have room to experiment.
You'll have room to push ideas.
And if you're genuinely positive, you'll have a hell of a lot of creative freedom.
I'm not looking for someone to simply manage our social media.
I'm looking for the person who can help us build the media machine behind everything we're doing.
If that's you, show me.
