About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a driven, forward-thinking Branch Manager to take the lead of our road marking operations in South East Queensland and help shape the next stage of our growth.

This is a highly visible and impactful leadership role where you won’t just manage the branch—you’ll continue to build it, improve it, and push it forward . You’ll be responsible for leading people, delivering projects, strengthening client relationships, and driving commercial performance, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

A key part of this role is leading field-based crews and a dedicated and experienced operations team , ensuring transparent expectations, strong supervision, and a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride in workmanship . You will be responsible for making sure teams understand what is required, perform to standard, and are held accountable for safety, productivity, and quality outcomes.

In addition, you will provide oversight of branch activities including, estimating Scheduling and fleet management, ensuring alignment across planning, delivery, and performance. You will empower this team while maintaining clear direction,



consistency, and accountability across all levels of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day performance and provide clear leadership direction to an experienced operations team

- Inspire, develop and support all personnel from your managers to Workshop and Crew members.

- Set clear expectations and ensure accountability across all crew and branch management personnel

- Drive productivity, efficiency, quality and on-time project completion

- Build new client relationships and

- Maintain and Nurture long-term client and stakeholder relationships

- Take ownership of branch costs and productivity

- Support estimating, quoting, tenders and forward planning

- Champion WHS, environmental and compliance standards across all operations

- Oversee maintenance and fleet management strategy at branch Level

- Identify and act on opportunities to grow the branch and win new work

- Deliver clear operational and sales pipeline reporting

- Foster a strong, positive, disciplined and safety-first team culture where accountability is non-negotiable

About You





You’re a natural leader who knows how to get things done in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You bring energy, accountability and a solutions-focused mindset, and you are comfortable leading from the front with both crew members and middle management teams.

You will have:

- Experience in a leadership or management role within road marking, civil construction, traffic management or a similar industry

- Strong ability to lead, motivate and identify gaps in the skills and knowledge of crews and operations management personnel, establishing training and educational plans to improve the team’s capability for long term benefit

- Confidence in setting expectations and holding crew and management-level staff accountable for performance, safety and behaviour

- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills

- Solid commercial understanding of project delivery, costs and margins

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

- A practical, “on the ground” leadership style

- A strong commitment to safety, discipline and continuous improvement

- Current driver’s licence

Experience in road marking or civil construction is highly valued.
