UGL is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support our Alcoa operations, primarily based in Pinjarra, WA, with occasional travel to Wagerup. You will provide practical HSE guidance, coaching and assurance to project teams, aiming to foster a Zero Harm culture and safe workplaces.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Health, Safety, Setting, plus substantial experience in operational plant or brownfields settings, with strong stakeholder engagement and incident investigation skills.
