The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Building Manager to join our team at a brand-new residential development in Macquarie Park comprising approximately 300 lots.

n

This is an excellent entry-level prospect for someone looking to build a long-term career in Building Management. We are open to applicants from a range of backgrounds including:

- Property Management and Strata and Real Estate

- Concierge and Facilities Management

- Trade and Service Industries

Working alongside and being mentored by an experienced Senior Building Manager, you will receive hands‐on training and support while developing the skills required to manage a premium residential community.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the building
n
- Build positive relationships with residents, owners and committee members
n
- Coordinate contractors and service providers
n
- Assist with maintenance requests and follow up outstanding works
n
- Conduct common property inspections
n
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs
n
- Monitor building presentation and identify maintenance issues
n
- Help prepare reports and communications for stakeholders
n
- Support compliance with WHS policies and procedures
n
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
n

About You

n

You may already be working in property management, facilities, hospitality, customer service or a service-based industry and be looking for your next challenge.

n

You will have:

n

- Solid customer service skills
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Good administration and organisational skills
n
- A proactive and positive attitude
n
- Confidence dealing with a wide range of people
n
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
n
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in Building Management
n

n

Previous Building Management experience is not essential, although it will be highly regarded.
