The Opportunity:

Step into a role where your work directly contributes to winning and delivering some of Australia’s most complex Defence programs.

Working alongside the Estimating & Pricing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping competitive bids, developing robust estimates and ensuring pricing decisions are accurate, transparent and commercially sound. You’ll work closely with experienced bid teams and senior stakeholders, gaining exposure to complex programs, strategic pricing and contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the preparation of estimating and pricing inputs for bid and proposal activities

- Assist bid teams with Phase Review data, Green Team Review (GTR) data packs, Pricing Review packs and customer pricing tables

- Ensure compliance with CSI-IPT Contract Estimating and Pricing Requirements

- Support Estimate at Complete (EAC) reviews and analysis as required

- Assist with the review and validation of financial and pricing information to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to support timely and high-quality submissions

- Maintain documentation and records to support governance, assurance and review activities

What you'll bring:

- A strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Defence environment.

- Relevant qualifications and experience — a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience, supported by experience in estimating, pricing, finance or project controls.





- Strong Excel skills, with a sharp eye for detail, accuracy and data integrity.

- Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret information and identify meaningful insights.

- Solid organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Defence industry experience and relevant professional memberships will be highly regarded.
