About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Full-time and casual Warehouse Staff to join our Marleston-based team in Adelaide. Reporting to the SA Warehouse Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring effective, accurate, and timely processing of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack orders of varying sizes using RF devices
- Use freight management systems to dispatch goods via multiple carriers
- Ensure orders are processed with accuracy and speed
- Load/unload high-volume containers and delivery vehicles
- Conduct cycle counts and stocktakes
- Maintain warehouse security and inventory integrity
- Pick and pack export pallets
- Operate MHE (e.g., wave, pallet rider) as needed
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures




- Perform other duties as directed by the SA Warehouse Manager

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse picking and packing environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Confident using warehouse technology, including RF scanners
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work overtime as required
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Current forklift licence with reach and/or HLOP experience (desirable)
- Willingness to obtain a forklift licence if not already held
