Signal & Hobbs is seeking experienced Roof Plumbing Subcontractors and Crews to join an upcoming commercial roofing project in Horsham, VIC .

We are looking for reliable, experienced roof plumbers who are available to commence as soon as possible and want to work with an established commercial roofing contractor delivering large-scale projects across Victoria.

Scope of Work

Works may include:

- Installation of metal roofing, flashings, gutters and downpipes

- Roof sheeting and wall cladding systems

- Installation of insulated roof panels and associated materials

- Box gutters, parapets, penetrations and cappings

- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans

- Completing works safely and to a high standard





About You

We’re looking for subcontractors who:

- Have proven experience in commercial metal roofing and roof plumbing

- Take pride in the quality of their workmanship

- Are reliable and able to work to project timelines

- Work safely and effectively at heights

- Communicate well with site supervisors and other trades

- Can work independently or as part of a crew

Requirements

You will need:

- ABN and appropriate subcontractor setup

- Relevant licences, registrations and tickets required for the works

- Own tools, equipment

- Current Public Liability Insurance

- Any other applicable subcontractor insurances and documentation
