About the role

Lead commercial construction projects from site establishment through to successful completion, handover and client walkthrough.

Key responsibilities

- Site establishment & mobilisation

- Supervise trades & subcontractors

- Manage program, milestones & deliveries

- Ensure safety, quality & ITP compliance

- Timesheets & weekly reporting

- Final handover & client walkthrough

About you

- 5+ years' commercial construction experience

- Procore or similar project management software experience

- Robust leadership & communication skills

- Knowledge of Australian building codes & WHS requirements

- White Card & First Aid Certificate

- Construction Management qualification (preferred)
